  2. In person System Diagnostics as needed

  3. Bi-annual Diagnostic Report with recommendations and concerns including:

    1. Where / what is the issue?

    2. Proposed resolution plan

    3. Assistance in fixing the issue

Diagnostic reports are the most effective way to ensure your Security System is always running at maximum efficiency. Not only will our service plan ensure your systems are always up and running but it will increase the lifetime of your equipment, insuring your business for years to come.

 

Each diagnostic report contains the following information for the relevant systems we have provided:​​

  • NVR Operating Temperature

  • NVR Dust Check

  • NVR Internet Connectivity

  • NVR Recording Time

  • NVR Harddrive Usage

  • Camera Connectivity

  • Camera Hazing

  • Camera Video Interruption

  • Firmware Updates (when applicable)
